Vote for Winging Cat Rescue!
Will you help us help the kittens & cats by voting for WINGING CAT RESCUE on Sept 6-19? Our mission is to help end needless euthanasia at animal controls in rural Georgia by rescuing and finding suitable lifetime homes for our cats, promoting local adoption from animal control, promoting spaying and neutering including low cost spay/neuter assistance for the public, and educating the public on responsible pet ownership.
Winning this grant would enable us also to provide lifesaving measures such as vaccinations, dewormer & flea preventive for rural Butts Cty Animal Control in our proactive effort to improve their adoption & rescue rate & decrease their euthanasia stats. This same program which Winging Cat Rescue implements at Spalding Animal control has been making a huge difference reducing their euthanasia stats for adoptable kittens & cats for the past 6 years. And winning this grant would also help the kittens & cats by enabling us to offer spay/neuter vouchers also.
Get ready to vote! When voting opens on September 6th, 2012, we’re going to need to get everyone involved to help decide where the $5 million in grants will go!Two votes for everyone—plus get a bonus vote!... Everyone will automatically get 2 votes to use on Facebook. You can’t use them both on the same charity, but there will be thousands of charities to pick from, so you shouldn’t have a problem searching for 2 great organizations to support.Keeping with the spirit of giving, you’ll have an opportunity to earn an extra vote.
